These terms govern purchases, custom orders, and website usage for Nidhi Jewellers patrons. By visiting our boutique or digital platforms, you agree to the conditions below.
Orders & Payments
- Prices include prevailing GST and hallmarking charges.
- Advance of 30% is required for bespoke commissions; balance payable upon delivery.
- Payments accepted via UPI, bank transfer, major cards, and approved financing partners.
Delivery & Pickup
Domestic shipping is insured and trackable. International delivery is handled through partnered logistics with applicable duties borne by the buyer. Store pickups require invoice and valid ID proof.
Returns & Exchange
- Ready-to-wear jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and accompanied by original invoice/certification.
- Bespoke or engraved items are non-returnable once delivered.
- Any manufacturing concerns must be reported within 48 hours for complimentary inspection.
Authenticity & Warranty
Every piece is BIS hallmarked with diamond certifications from reputed labs. Craftsmanship warranty covers polishing, resizing, clasp adjustments, and stone tightening for one year.
Intellectual Property
All brand assets, photography, copy, and website content belong to Nidhi Jewellers and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from delayed deliveries, courier mishandling, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
